Sleeping better

Like many others I've had troubles sleeping. Sometimes my mind was overloaded with thoughts, sometimes my muscles weren't relaxed enough. Anyhow, after trying out a 'sleep better' program by Amanda Bisk I was surprised by the results and I fell in love with that yoga routine. Every night before bed I put on the video of Amanda going though the exercise with relaxed music and comfortable I was done with the 15 minutes of yoga. This is so much less than hours of struggling in bed. Right? When you download the program you'll also get a pdf file with the pictures of every exercise with more detailed explanation. Meaning this specific program is specifically made for sleep since it was taken to consideration which muscles that usually aren't relaxed during sleep. But most importantly it relaxes the main muscle, the brain. It makes you train your focus and go to sleep with a calm mind.
