5 cold healthy snacks

It can be hard trying to be healthy when eating is a huge part of our culture. It is even harder now in the summer where temptations are everywhere. Therefor I have gather my 5 top super easy cold healthy snacks if eaten in moderation.

Banana Ice cream

What you need

Mixer

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp cacao powder

How

Put a peeled banana in the freezer. Put the frozen banana in a mixer with peanut butter and cacao and mix. Serve immediately.

Berry Ice cream

What you need

Mixer

100 gram frozen berries

1 dl vanilla yoghurt

How

Put the ingredients in the mixer and blend. Serveimmediately.

Watermelon popsicle

What you need

Watermelon

Popsicle sticks

How

Cut the melon into triangles that is 2-3 cm thick and 10-15 cm tall. Take away the watermelon shell. Put the watermelon triangles on a baking sheet and insert the stick 5 cm in the curved edge. Put in the freezer over night.

Frozen berries or fruit

Buy them or put your own fruits or berries in the freezer over the night. My favourites are strawberries, cherries, mango and grape.

Banana and chocolate bites

What you need

1 banana

50 Gram of dark chocolate

Optional topping

How

Slice the banana in slices that should be around 1 cm thick. Melt the chocolate and then dip the banana slices in the melted chocolate. Put on a baking sheet and add your toppings if wanted. Put in the freezer over night.
