A better sleeping routine

Sleeping is the bodys most important event. It is the time your brain and body prepares for the upcoming day and activities. Therefore getting enough and right sleep is decisive to your performance during the day.
Our circadian timer (the sleep clock in the brain) runs on a rhythm which functions optimally when it works to a regular routine. This rhythm is influenced by the light/ dark levels, which then influence the amount of melatonin we produce. Too many people in today’s busy world try to work against this rhythm, sitting in front the screens or sleeping/ waking up at different times. But to cooperate with your body and brain its beneficial to follow these following advices:
