How to do it:

  • Set it up as a goal, don't just say you will do it. Write down short goals and then increase them by time. For example:

  • Week 20- Memorize something everyday, End of week: Reflect. Week 21-22.......and so on.

  • OR: Set up a calendar where you cross each day you memorized something. That way you can have a board that shows your progress. We usually tend to not take habits seriously or just forget. But since it takes 21 days to make habits natural for you, its important to stick to a plan.

  • Make it easier. Plan what you want to memorize. Learning a new language? Combine it and memorize new words every day.

  • Reading a book? Write down the words you don't know, search them up and memorize them.

  • Studying for a test? Memorize the key word's definitions.

  • Memorize Poetry, Sayings, Quotes and Philosophies. Memorize what you think is important. Memorize what you believe is great.

How to memorize:

  • Eidetic is a app where you can write down what you want to remember in different categories you can choose from: QUOTES, DEFINITION, FACT, PHONE NUMBER Etc.. You'll then get notifications where it asks if you remember what it meant/is.

  • Keep what you want to memorize with you through out your day. On your phone or a note. Try to use it during the day and remind yourself to memorize.

  • Stick it to the fridge.
