WARREN BUFFETT - Inspirational person

Someone who inspires me deeply is Warren Buffett. Not just because he is one of the greatest venture capitalist and American's third wealthiest man with a net over 66 billion dollars. But rather because of his humbleness. As mentioned he is super rich but he continues to live in a five bedroom house in Omaha that he bought in the late 50s for $31,500.

Internal Scoreboard

He believes in an internal scorecard rather than an external scorecard. He inspires because he lives accordingly to his values and his internal scorecard and not live for other people. He is not in it for the fame or wealth but rather because he thinks it is interesting.

Philantropology

Buffett has been asked to join the giving pledge and he politely accepted, but he will not only give 50% of his wealth but instead 99% of his wealth to philanthropic causes. Today he has already given 23 billion dollars to helpful causes. He believes that his fortune should of course be spend on things that improve other people's life and help the society . He thinks that he and his family's life will not be affected whether or not they manage the 99% of his wealth but that it will be better if it goes to other improvement needing areas.

Therefor I find him inspiring, because he is humble, confident and giving.
